WHAT’S THIS STORE ABOUT?
This is the official store for Jake Dudman merchandise- the only place where you can buy products related to the YouTube channel (YouTube.com/jakedunsbridge)

ARE YOU SHAMELESSLY CASHING IN ON A RESPECTED, WELL-LOVED YOUTUBE CHANNEL?
Yes. Wait, no! All the money I make from merch goes into making further videos and projects. Every penny. I’ve put a lot of work into making this online store – and the Jake Dudman merch – as awesome as possible.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You need a PayPal account, or a debit or credit card from a major provider: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you don’t have any of these things, you’ll need to find a friend, parent, or family member who does. (Ask their permission first.) Now you're ready to go shopping! Check out the products in this Jake Dudman store, click on what you want to buy and click “Add To Cart". That product will now stay in your cart. If you want to add further items to your cart (and save on postage!), click “Continue Shopping” and add any other items you’d like to buy in exactly the same way. At any point, you can view the items you’ve added to your cart by clicking the "shopping cart" icon on the top right of any page. You may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of items, and then clicking “Update Bag". When you're ready to pay for your items, visit your shopping cart, select your country from the “Shipping To” drop-down menu, and hit the “Checkout" button. You’ll be given a choice of paying with your PayPal account, or with a debit or credit card. Submit all your payment details, and then you'll get a confirmation email. IS IT SAFE TO SHOP HERE?
Yes. All your details and payment information are protected to the highest industry standards. BigCartel handles this online shop, and PayPal handles our payment and transaction process, so all of your payment details are encrypted; they’re one of the most secure payment platforms in the world.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE. No matter where in the world you are, you can buy Jacob Dudman merch.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?
We generally ship within five business days of your order. So if delivery is in the UK, it’ll usually take about six or seven working days from when you placed your order. Elsewhere in Europe about nine working days. For anywhere else in the world, about 12 working days, though some places can take a little longer.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR MY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED?
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. We don’t wanna kill you on shipping charges, so you can save money by ordering multiple items at once. To find out how much your P&P will cost, place all the items you want to buy in your shopping cart, make sure all quantities are correct, select your country from the “Shipping To” drop-down menu, and hit the “Update Total" button.

HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?
T-shirts are packed in extra strong, bubblewrap mail bags, posters in sturdy, damage-resistant tubes.

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED. NOW WHAT?
Occasionally mail couriers manage to damage nice things. If you’ve received an item that’s suffered such a fate en route to you, please e-mail us a clear picture of the damage – at jakedudmanYT@gmail.com – within 14 days of receiving it, along with your original order number, and we’ll send out a replacement forthwith.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/OFFER REFUNDS?
Our products are returnable/exchangeable within 14 days of receipt, as long as they’re undamaged and in the condition they were in when delivered to you. Contact us via our contact form or e-mail jakedudmanYT@gmail.com, noting your original order number, and we’ll provide directions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, and all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Return of the replacement item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
