Hello! Does all money go to charity?
Hello! All info can be found in the products description. If it says 100% goes to a charity, that means every single penny that you spend, minus postage, will go to charity!
Are signed items personalised?
All orders are handed to Jacob for him to personalise and sign. If you wouldn't like your signed item personalised, or would like it signed for someone other than yourself, please specify this in the 'notes/instructions' box at checkout.
Is shipping available worldwide?
Yes. We can ship to anywhere in the world.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In these difficult times, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Our aim is to get an order to you within 5-7 working days in the UK, and 10-14 days anywhere else in the world.
We have also recently added 'inventory tracking', which means you will only be able to purchase products that are ready to be packaged and dispatched.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days, you can email [email protected] and we will either provide a refund, or send another item to you for free.
